    some of my sgian dubh's

As promised in my introduction post here are a couple of examples of the sgians I make. The single one is forged from an old Harley primary chain mounted with African Blackwood, sterling silver and amethyst. The three together are for the groomsmen at my sons wedding in sept. and are192 layer damascus, deer antler, silver and amythest.
This is my first try at photobucket so hopefully everything works.

That first one looks great. For some reason, the second pic didn't come thru. Looks like it was moved or deleted from photobucket.

Wow! The top one is handsome (#2 is not showing). I'm sorry I wasn't a part of the wedding.

Fantastic work. I have always admired iron work as an art form. Especially since I have neither the equipment nor the knowledge.

All I can say is WOW !!!!!!
I have the privilge of being around some VERY fine "blade Smiths" & these are some of the finest work I have seen.

My favorites are the 3 bone handled, (sanzs the "jewels")

BTW, do you make any on commission ??
