Summer Hose Look, SportKilt $6 Kilt Hose Pushed Down

Okay, here's what I've figured out as a "summer look" where its HOT...over 100 degrees F.

I like tennis shoes with SportKilt's $6 kilt hose. They seem to be cotton with sock elastic. They don't work for my fat legs pulled up, they gap open and show skin through the hose.

But pushed down they look good and are still cool to wear.

This pair is the merlot color that was such a mystery for a while.

That's the UK Blue Denim with a shirt that should show gray with imprint that almost matches the hose. They really are pushed down hose that have more body than what it looks like in the pic, they aren't crew sox.

    Bah. That's nothing.

I spent a day out working door-to-door sales in a wool three-piece suit (coat, vest, and trousers) when it hit 122º F (50º C).

Once it's over 100º F, there's not much variation between "It's hot" and "It's bloody hot."

Just make sure you stay hydrated.

Ron, looks good. I use the Sportskilt hose in much the same way.

Meant also to say, that I usually just wear sandals when it gets hot. (Here in upstate NY over 80.)

I like the look. Plus I can afford to try it and find out. So I think I will be off to the sports store to pick up a pair.

I just got three pairs of the Sport Kilt socks and am pretty pleased. They are comfortable, light, simple, and the price was right. Not very formal but a good choice for comfortable summer hose.

    Cheers

I like that T-shirt. And I've got the same Kilt too.
