When Steve made the decision on the Xmarks tie, I immediately ordered one from the supplier bows-n-ties.com. I did this on 26 Feb, I recived an email from the Company on 2 March stating that the tie had been dispatched on 28 Feb. Today, 3 March, I received the tie. 3 days to Australia. Did the company put someone on a plane to hand deliver it?
To say I'm impressed is an understatement and packaging was as if they were sending me the Crown jewels. I don't know if anyone has had many dealings with this company, but they are the kings of service in my book.
