    Surprise gift in my mailbox

Went out and got the mail yesterday.

Inside was a package I knew nothing about!
I didn't know it was coming, and my jaw hit the floor when I opened it up.

Inside was a Thorfinn sporran - TCS #89.
A beautiful acorn colored buffalo leather sporran.

Inside the sporran was a little black pouch.

Words can't even begin to describe how thrilled I am.
It was a gift from a very special person.

    Turpin does amazing work.
This thing is absolutely beautiful and the leather is so soft and supple.

    I am still absolutely floored!!

Hmm, now I need a brown belt and brown sporran strap.
Maybe a new pair of brown boots....

    Congratulations.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

GARY,IMHO, this "Gift" will become an "HEIRLOOM"

Having a "SISTER" like you know who, is TRULY something to be "Treasured"
& this Beautiful Sporran, being made, not only by a "Craftsman" but out of "BUFFALO HIDE" will last for generations.Fellow Thorfinn "clanner TCS #99

What a nice gift. Congratulations on both the sporran and the friendship that arranged for the sporran.
