    SWK Nightstalker Sporran

    Fast becoming darn near indispensible.

Perfect for the commuter, kilted or otherwise...convenient copartment for the train ticket and a few folded bills and change, velcro'ed pocket for the cell phone and the main compartment is big enough to schlep a paperback book and a small notebook and several writing instruments.

Lots of looks..."what is that?"...unspoken answer: "It's a SPORRAN, you illiterates."

I'd suggest that Jerry think about a leather version of the same thing...the nylon is super and, in the unlikely event that it ever wore out, I'd be ordering another in a flash...but I'd certainly jump at the same configuration in black leather.

I couldn't agree more. I would be flippin' lost without my nightstalker sporran. I would buy a leather in the same fashion without thinking twice.

Same here. I got one when they first came out and it's the one I use the most.

THe only modification I had to do to my NS sporran was lose the plastic "D-rings" on the back. The nylon strap quickly began to bunch up in the corner of one of them. So, I simply got rid of them and replaced with a pair of simple key-rings. Works like a champ now.

I don't have one yet, but if he said he was putting out a leather line i'd wait. As nice as the nylon sporran looks, a good, moderately supple leather would be more traditional, but more useful, if it incorporated all the nighstalker features. I don't like digging around in my restrictive sporran. I did just order a brown buzz kidder from the tartan museum.

Somehow I had a feeling that you'd already thought of it.

I've already started a seperate slush fund to finance one when they're avalable...
