    Tiffany Sporran?

I couldn't sleep, so I was poking about on eBay and found this: Tiffany Sporran.

I'm not bidding on it, as I can't even afford the opening bid, but it's fascinating to me for what it represents -- there was a time that it was worth while for Tiffany and Co. to produce at least a cantle, and maybe an entire sporran!

I'm sure this is not a kilt sporran...it's a ladies purse (for needlework stuff). Normally worn on the hip.

Thanks for answering a question of mine, what exactly a bunad was. Just never thought about it when I sat down in front of Google when I was looking up something else.
Definately a very handsome couple! You both look so nice!

Thank you all for your kind Comments. It was Bunads and The Norwegian fascination and Pride in them that first got me Interested in the kilt. I started to look into what possibilities I had and the kilt was top of the list.

As a side note My Mum-in-law made my wife's Bunad all that pattern you see is hand embroidered
