    traditional Kilt belt part names?

Can someone please identify the proper names for each of the pieces of hardware used in making a traditional kilt belt? I am looking for a piece and have no idea what it is called. The piece in question is the metal piece the buckle hooks too.

Even better, if anyone knows a supplies, I would be ever so grateful.

    thanks!

This is the only place I've ever seen where you can buy them without having to buy a million of them
