when plain ol' kilt hose just won't do ...

OK, these are a stretch, but some of these might work with a casual.

[As the kids say] I would TOTALLY have worn those tie-dyes or these 45 years ago. Maybe if I ever get to retire I'd consider it again. I could be crazy ol' Mr Aldo who dances on the lawn at night in a kilt and crazy socks, and takes in all the stray cats.

I thought that you are a stray cat, Aldo.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Sock garters! The last time I saw sock garters, my father was wearing them 50 years ago!

    Talk about history repeating itself.

O man! I would TOTALLY wear those tie-died hose with a modern kilt, like a UK. With a t-shirt and boots? YES! (but, I have questionable taste...)

To each his own, I seen one that if it was taller would be interesting in a casual setting.... The skull and cross bone cuffed socks, I could be a croppy kilted pirate LOL

If the model is any indication, you have to be pigeon-toed to wear the tie-dyed hose; so, that's my out.

I dig the pirates and the super hero's. I'd need much more coffee to don the tye die's.

Interesting, interesting. Making me rethink my decision to NOT buy the pink death camo utilikilt a ways back.

Actually, I will probably drop a dime on the bones socks, as being a radiologist this is right up my vocational alley, and I have a matching set of cycling jersey and shorts that it would go good with on the road.

Thanks for the posting of the link.
