Width of Buzz Kidder casual kilt belt

What is the width of the casual kilt belt made by Buzz Kidder?

We sell these in our museum's gift shop, and of course I am not there right now to take a measurement, but I am 99% sure that they are 2.5" wide. Most of the standard kilt belts you see offered are 2.25" wide, so his are just a bit wider. Still, most belt loops on kilts are made to occomodate belts 2.5" wide or more. I've never heard someone who had a problem with them not fitting.
