Xmarksthestocking
Nikki decided she wanted to make some stockings for this Christmas season. She was showing me flannel plaid at Hobby Lobby, when I remembered... Barb sent me the scraps from my XMTS tartan kilt (16 oz. wool.) There were several scraps of odd shapes and sizes. But, there was one piece that I just knew would make a stocking. Here it is. I think it came out pretty swell.

I like the idea. Too bad the piece wasn't bigger, for a larger stocking for Santa to fill. Ho Ho Ho.
Hangs pretty neat from the harp.

Just remember, it's better to give than receive, unless you're receiving anything kilt related.

Great idea, and your wife did a nice job on the stocking. It looks big enough to hold a kilt belt, sgian dubh, dirk, or maybe even a sporran if folded just right.
