It is not really a kilt, but there was a commercial for some kind of foot cream or spray. Two sock puppets were in a locker room, talking about athletes feet. An Argyle/plaid(?) sock puppet, with a thick Scottish accent, pops his "head" out of the locker, and tells them about lamasil.
