    Arthur

    I was just watching the kid's show "Arthur" with my kids the other day and the episode called "Jenna's Bedtime Blues" has a "Scotsman" in a kilt in it.
    You first see him from the waist up patching his bagpipes with some tape on a commercial or something, and then he appeared a few minutes later in Jenna's dream a full shot wearing his kilt.

    I caught this too. It wasn't bad showing of the kilt.

    You'd think I'd remember to post something after watching the same episode 2 or 3 time in a day.
