The Avengers - Castle De'ath
I love the public library! They have the entire run of the original Avengers on DVD! I watched "Castle De'Ath" in all of it's Scottish glory!
A few things I noticed:
-Steed's flashes are just like the Traditional Garter Ties that Matt sells at the Scottish Tartans Museum
-All of the men wear jabots and doublets (Montrose, Regulation, and Sherrifmuir) after dinner
-Emma Peel is really hot
-Steed can do the Highland Sword Dance
-Old pipes with cane reeds sound awesome
-Tanks as day wear
-Old Scotsmen are pretty good at fighting...but not good enough.

A Note about "Castle De'ath" and XMTS
This episode of the Avengers comes up here at XMTS every now and again. The thread always veers into a discourse about incredibly, unbelievably, amazingly, astonishingly, terrifically, fantastically, fabulously, and undeniably hot Diana Rigg is as Mrs. Peel....
...I for one am pretty much OK with this!

I have a video of her as Chancellor of Stirling University when my daughter graduated there. She is still a fine looking woman but then as we all know - quality lasts.

I am so okay with this as well, Jamie, but your description of Diana Rigg as Emma Peel (M-Appeal) is too understated for me!
