Indeed, it's the new York City Police Pipes and Drums. Sharp kilts!!!

According to a Ny Times article, P.O. Tom DuBois of the Pipes and Drums of the Emerald Society (NYC) played "The Minstrel Boy, Amazing Grace, and Going Home", although the snippet of tune in the video didn't seem like any of them to me.
I remember the Church well from when I worked in the WTC, a little kirk amongst giant towers, wish I could find a picture if it taken from the upper floors as i remembered it.

Hello all. I just read the blogs and thought the I can shed some light on the topic. I am the piper at the service this year and it was Tom D. last year w/ those tunes. this year I played Amazing (not in the video clip) and La Baum unsure if I spelt Baum right which means party/celebration (moving on) Me and Tom are w/ the NYPD Pipes and Drums

Hi Danny, thanks for the correction. I read the article but failed to notice the date as being last year. It's funny, I thought the piper in the video was you, then I read the article and figured I was mistaken. I know you from the Scots Club in Kearny, you're the "Demon Driver" Seamus Coyne wrote a reel for, right?
Wish there was more of La Boum shown, it's a great tune, four more notes and I would have gotten it, I play it myself. Cheers.
