I am certain the "Big Apple" will benefit from his presence. Thanks for the update.

I must decline my invitation to attend and regret the absence.

Good for him. Personally, I'm not a fan of that outfit. particularly the cut of the jacket, and why oh why the fly plaid .

That said, his style has always been a little different.

I can't disagree, but that said, how much is his style or the style chosen for him by a designer, event coordinator etc.

I suppose the clue is in the name “tartan day” and Connolly is not one to hide his light under a bushel so tartan from head to foot seems par for the course for him. I don’t suppose anyone would really dress up like that normally!

Oh, I haven't heard that term since my ma passed! I can still hear her telling me, "Don't be such a weegie, boyo!"
"My beloved America, thank you for your children. If your children want to become soldiers I will train them. When they are hungry I will feed them. When they are thirsty I will give them water. When they fight for freedom I will lead them. When they are unsteady on the battlefield I will motivate them. If they die on the battlefield I will bury them. So help me God."
