    Boston Legal

It was quick but Rene Auberjonois' character appeared in kilt in last night's episode of Boston Legal. It was the law firm's Halloween party and he and his date were apparently supposed to be Prince Charles and Camilla but no one at the party got it.

ps: you also got to see Shatner (Denny Crane!) dressed as a giant flamingo...you gotta love television!

Kilts and giant Flamingos legal in Boston wow!

Without getting into the costume vs non costume debate of kilt wearing, I will say that it is great to see and hear of kilt wearing in a positive light.

Well, I really appreciate Rene Auberjonois...he's been in a lot of things that I consider good from M*A*S*H to Deep Space Nine. An underappreciated actor and he doesn't seem to have much to do on Boston Legal either.

But BL is worth it if you only watch the last two minutes (sort of like an NBA game!) for the inevitable segment where Spader and Shatner are having a whisky and cigar together and summing up the lessons learned in the episode...would this be the denoument? This one ended with Shatner and Spader both dressed in these preposterous matching pink flamingo costumes, puffing on cigars and trying to resolve their different attitudes on the War in Iraq...unbelieveable!
