I am not sure who made the leather one, but I am sure that Robert at www.Rkilts.com could make a leather kilt equally as cool. Have a look at the ones he has recently completed for Raphael, Rocky from USA kilts, and Hamish.
The pics of the leather kilt are from the Dressed to kilt event in 2005 if I am not mistaken. Here are the photos from past events. http://www.dressedtokilt.com/mbfashionweek.html
I like the one of Roger Cross not only because he was Cutris Manning on 24, but because we went to the same high school.

Also Richard over at Union Kilts offers two models of leather kilts I believe.
He just posted they were reducing their price on them the other day on this thread:

or just click on the Union Kilts link.
Cheers

I think the kilt in question is from Utilikilts.

What about the black one - does anyone know what it is (manufacturer), and what the eagle represents? cool as hell in that leather jacket and kilt...

And thanks Colin for the link. I am glad to see Stirling Moss in an Utilikilt and that Sir Sean wasn't a tartan tie with his kilt.

Yes thanks..
Yes Colin, great link. Very cool kilts on there. I love the two with the british and scottish flags as the print... Hot! I followed some of the links, wish they listed who did which outfits/kilts...

Thanks Jamie... I sent an email to Richard about availability and pricing. He has some nice looking leather kilts. Anyone have a review of them, or some pics of them on a "regular" person, so i can see the way it lays and really "wears?" I like the idea of one, but I also want it to lay pretty flat, so it's not to bulky or "poofed" out..

I was looking at the pictures in that link and Chris Kattan has his kilt on backwards.
