Christmas in the Clouds
Was watching the movie Christmas in the Clouds, a Native American movie about misunderstandings. Graham Greene is in it. Light, fun, humorous.
In a cameo Wes Studi (Leaphorn in the Hillerman series etc.) appears at the Tribal bingo hall to call bingo numbers. He walks up the aisle to the podium in a red Stewart kilt and Prince Charlie. In his banter he says he's dressed like that because his wife dresses him and she's Scottish.
Pretty much totally out of sync with the rest of the movie and storyline, but a good cameo and Wes wears the kilt very well.
And, it looks like a hand sewn kilt, well pleated and fitted to him. Not a cheap kilt out of the costume department.
