In Oz we occasionally refer to the cheery story at the end of the news as "the dog on the surfboard". It this case it the dog in the kilt... from a NY dog show.

I must say I agree with Frank and Josh. With all of our technology and all of our scientific advancements we use our time for the stupidest things sometimes. Must say I'm no exception, I hate how much time I waste on the computer or watching TV, but dressing up dogs? Not in a million years. Now my cat . . .
