Sadly age and wisdom do not always go hand in hand.

    Very true.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Aeeee. And he would be called 'Mccracken.'

Age, wisdom, Kilts and decorum. Things which should go together but, as Panache pointed out, don't always appear on the same stage.

Having been in the same situation, it makes you wonder what the perp did to make the officers snap. The video never seems to catch the bad guy going off just the officer retaliating. I am in no way defending the officer in the video but remember there is always more than one side to a story.

Good question, the link took me to a CNN news item about Russia and Georgia.
