Kilt on Boston Legal
Boston Legal is a drama that airs on ABC every Tuesday night. We just bought Season 2 on DVD and noticed this at the very end of episode 6. The two people you're looking at are Rene Auberjonois and Candice Bergen at a costume party as Charles and Camilla. He had the full outfit with ghillies and hose.

Of course Charles would be more likely to be in a Balmoral tartan than a Dress Gordon.
Reverend Earl Trefor the Sublunary of Kesslington under Ox, Venerable Lord Trefor the Unhyphenated of Much Bottom, Sir Trefor the Corpulent of Leighton in the Bucket, Viscount Mcclef the Portable of Kirkby Overblow.

It would be quite a trek for the kilts to make it to that show...

But you could replicate whatever tartan you want with just a verbal comand! No jonesing, how cool would that be?

Ah, but if anyone wanted a kilt, the Ferengi could certainly get it for them, at a price of course. And it would probably look like a traditional kilt, only made of cheaper materials (still sold at full price though).
