    Kilts pictured on today's CrossFit WOD

    Probably doesn't count as "media" but still out there in front of an audience that wouldn't normally see kilts ...

    On CrossFit's workout of the day posting for today (2007 December 05) there is a picture of a couple of guys running in kilts. Looks like Black Watch.

    I don't suppose the Olympic track team would consider running kilted. The kilt is probably not the most aerodynamically designed garment for a fast run.

    I dunno, I can see it being a problem if worn long in the "American" style. It might catch ones knees. But a short kilt in a light fabric (say 10oz) might be nice and offer iteresting viewing for the spectators...
