kilts on VH1

Ok first off I was not in the room my wife had control of the remote! I was in the yard playing with our son and was called in to see the show.
But there is a new show on VH1 Torry Spelling and her husband have a B&B and where in the UK he bought a kilt and was wearing it around and, when they got back to CA he was kilted again in a few more seens looked like a AK. A boy said to him "nice man skit" he quickly replied "it is a Kilt and a man in a kilt is a man and a half".
