This morning on the Military Channel is a program on Viet Nam MOH recipients. One of the soldiers profiled is CWO Frederick Ferguson, an evac pilot. He is in a jacket with miniature medals, epulattes, wings, MOH and a fly plaid in gray, red & white. He was only shown from the chest up, so I don't know if he was kilted. It did not look like a Ferguson tartan.

You don't "win" the Medal of Honor. Perhaps this should be re-named Medal of Honor Recipient.
