Interesting that the apology came from Anderson, not McClard. Was McClard even at the meeting? He should be thoroughly embarrassed that the apology had to come from his superiors. Then again, I suspect that McClard has no sense of shame.

I am glad to see an apology and amicable ending to this incident. I have to agree that McClard apperars to be an idiot and has not provided any indication or communication to change my opinion since the date of the initial incident.

Congratulations to Nathan and his parents. It takes fortitude and perseverance to maintain your focus and resolve under these circumstances. It would have been very easy to decide it was not worth the effort and let the matter drop.
