Is it just me - I can't find any way to buy anything from the website. It just seems to go round in an endless loop - showing me stuff, but not letting me buy. Do you have to email them to make a purchase?

I have dealt with Mac. I didn't buy a kilt, but have purchased some other items. They are great to work with. If you have any problems with US / Canada mail, just call them. They will sort things out for you.

I finally discovered how to do it - you have to select a link on the home page first - so obvious now! I just don't know how I didn't see it the first time!
