That's the Keith's guy. Anyone from Canada will know who he is, there's a whole series of these commercials. He's always bothered me, but only because he reminds me too much of myself.

UPDATE: We posted this Canadian beer ad yesterday and today the actor playing the over the top Scotsman was arrested on child porn charges. The brewer, Alexander Keiths, has since pulled the ad but you can still see it here.
