That was an interesting article Raphael, I do know of several guys who paint their toenails and say that if women want to look pretty, why can't guys? However, calling them Gay Heterosexuals I am not sure they would go for it, but who knows

Eventhough I knew about that Utilikilts do a lot of Pride Festivals around Canada and the US, I never realised that how big they are with the Gay Communities. Still, that doesn't bother me a bit at all. and I always though Utilikilts belong to all mem regardless of ethnicit, colour, or sexual orientation(s)!!

I've been painted as "metro" by my friends for quite some time now, and hey, the ladies love it! I don't think they quite got the term explained very well in that article.

I'm a "gay heterosexual male", well I'm gay most of the time, except when I'm unhappy, but kilts make me feel gay even when i am unhappy..

sheeesh, what are they doing with the English language!!

I was a bit of a slob when I wore pants and I'm a bit of a slob now that I wear kilts. Clothes do not make the man.
    Kilts are garments, not costumes!

My thoughts exactly, Graham. There was little in that article that I could actually comprehend! I've had to rely on getting the gist of it.

I have never understood the use of the term "gay" to describe homosexuals. As for the article, to me, it is just meaningless babble. No point is made, supported or refuted. It is full of journalistic jargon which is meant to exclude rather than include.
