| | | Scot "forced to wear the kilt"
Interesting article in today's Scotsman about a poor unfortunate who has to wear a kilt due to health problems. Oh well that's his excuse anyway - http://thescotsman.scotsman.com/scot...ear.6111497.jp |

I'm sure that poor bloke would wear pretty much anything that would alleviate his suffering, it's just ironic that he happens to live in Scotland.

Sad for the bloke, glad the kilt adds some element of comfort over p@nts, but I would not want to have that disease as excuse to wear a kilt on adaily basis. Sounds very uncomfortable and incurable. Prayers for him and his fellow sufferers.

Thank you for your kind words dercums is not a nice or comfortable disease but since the article I am now getting treated by a specialist pain clinic which is good. Unfortunatly the NHS won't fund my kilt but the staff at Geoffrey (tailor) look after me well with ex hire ones.

A sad reason to wear a kilt. Glad there are those who are working on the disease.
