    Sir Richard Branson

Chairman of the Virgin Group of companies, Sir Richard Branson, performed during the opening of his Virgin Entertainment Group's 250th Virgin Megastore, Hollywood, Monday, Oct. 17, 2005, at the landmark Hollywood & Highland complex in Los Angeles. He was wering a casual kilt Mostly red in color with a Virgin records T shirt, and high black boots. Photos are on the Net. The photo shows him swigging a bottle of Jack Daniels. It appears to be spoofing a not so famous (any more) rock star.

It is interesting that Sean Connery is wearing a tartan tie with his kilt, jacket and waistcoat.

I have to agree with Graham here, isn't it sad that a man who could be and do so much can't even be bothered to find out how to put the kilt on right.Twit indeed.
But for the grace of God go I.

Alas! He is renowned for doing this, and what gets to me even more than the tartan tie, is the fact that he boldly wears it with a Prince Charlie!! It would be bad enough if he would wear it with a Crail or an Argyll jacket ....... but, a Prince Charlie!!! Uggghh!
