TV Host Craig Ferguson's Wild Kilt

So I just had to start laughing today at work when I saw the cover of Craig Ferguson's new book. I thought the cover was hilarious and eye-catching. I must say that I don't think I could ever where this kilt and sporran. It is just a little to over the top for me! I wonder who made the kilt and sporran. Does anybody know or have a guess?

Did you see the actual kilt or just the book cover? Because it rather looks like a photoshopped Utilikilt to me. Either way, that makes it an artistic statement meant for the dust cover of a memoir about a Scottish-born American citizen.

I rather doubt that it is truly a kilt, most likely photo shopped. However if it really is a kilt Slanj in Glasgow would be my guess. I've only seen the book cover, not Craig actually wearing the red, white and blue kilt.
