    Well...he qualifies as a kiltie!

Forbes Magazine has selected its top 15 richest fictional characters:

    ...and a Scot leads the list!....okay...so he's a duck...

At least he doesnt wear P@#!$
.. the kilt had concealed a blaster strapped to one thigh and a knife to the other. He was aware of the present gentle customs against personal weapons, but he felt naked without them. Such customs were nonsense anyhow, foolishment from old women - there was no such thing as "dangerous weapons," only dangerous people.

Well, yes, click the "skip this" text and the story will show up.

And they picked a picture of Uncle Scrooge kiltless...I'm still looking for a good kilted picture but enjoy this in the meantime:

Q: What does Scrooge McDuck have under his kilt?

A: Nothing, abso-freaking-lutly nothing! All that money yet now way to "really" impress the mallards.

Everybody's speculating which new tartans (if any) Stillwater might introduce...maybe Clan MacDuck?

I can't remember ever seeing Scrooge in a kilt, but I remember his arch-nemesis wearing a kilt and a tam in the cartoon.
