Madame, rarely will you meet a more prejudiced man nor one who tells himself he keeps his mind more open. But cannot that be because one part of our mind, that which we act with, becomes prejudiced through experience and still we keep another part completly open to observe and judge with?

He probably would have been much better off with a smaller plaid. It looks like he's got a piper's plaid, when a fly plaid would have been much more appropriate. I have seen shoes/boots like that before, but they are usually sold for costume.

I don't think Sarah's is too bad though, maybe a little to much tartan material.

I've seen old pictures of bare knuckle boxers wearing boots like those so perhaps he was spoiling for a fight . I do think at the very least somone should have had mercy on him and shown him how to wear the plaide.

Oh well, what can one say.

Agreed - like all "fashion designers" they go over-the-top.

The boots and the plaid are a bit much, but I'd give them both an A for effort.
