Speaking of wearing a kilt backwards...

I wonder when the U.S. networks are going to steal that program.

I hope the U.S. networks pick it up. It looks like a great show for kids, even though the producers don't seem to make a distinction between a tartan kilt and a plaid skirt.

Come to think of it, most people don't know the difference until they're shown the difference.

Bill, I have accidentally caught the children's "Balamory" show on BBC TV several times, and on each occasion Archie was wearing the kilt correctly, with the aprons to the front. The programme is produced in Scotland by BBC Scotland, so I'm pretty sure they'd get this one right!

By the way, the kilt in the BBC photo appears to be perfectly alright to me!

Thanks Ham, That's reassuring. I do hope the show comes to the U.S. Children need more decent programming like that.

I was channel surfing this morning before I left for work and I came across this show on TLC. I thought I'd check and see if a thread already existed, and here it is. I just happened to see Archie in his kilt as I came to the channel.

So, it looks like they are showing it here in the States.

This show is definitely on in the States - my son has been watching it on Discovery Channel Kids and The Learning Channel. It's really a quality show for kids, I think - very pleased with it so far.
