    It's Zippy. Seriously, don't look into it too deeply because you'll damage your brain. My partner has had her favorite Zippy cartoon made into a bookmark and every time she looks at it she howls with laughter. I've never understood it. Something about succotash and a napkin dispenser. I just laugh because she's so cute when she looks at it. I figure Zippy is sort of like a Zen koan or something....
