All Is Quiet On New Years Day

I woke up this morning and looked outside...

Yes another 20 cm of snow..... It's the 4th storm this fall/winter where we have been dumped on!
Well I guess it is good kilt making weather!

If it keeps snowing at this rate, you'll have time to make kilts for all the active members of XMarks. Could you make mine the Walker Hunting?

Seriously, enjoy the relaxation of not having to run around out there.

Good luck with the sewing and snowing.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

This may sound crazy, but I wish I was in the snow with you. I haven't seen snow in so long. My wife hates it, but I love snow. Have fun and keep the fireplace stoked.

I took the boys (Our Dogs Jeter and Queeva) out for their walk when there was a break in the snow, ok not a break but a slow down.
This is what happened to my roof:

and the trees in my back yard:

And another one of up my street:

And of little Queeva the smartest dog I know:

You know Jay, I might use it as my Christmas card!! Let me know if you want a copy to use for yours!

I'm jealous. I've always enjoyed battling the snow beast.

Wow. Looks lovely but obviously an inconvenience. We've not had snow like that here for over 20 years. Global warming they say.
