My wife has wanted a cigar store indian forever. I did some bartering with Kilted Carver. This georgous piece is the result!


Debbie and I drove down and picked it up this weekend. Eric and his lovely wife were kind enough to spend the day showing us around the area.

The FIRST thing that came to mind was the Seinfeld episode where Seinfeld was dating an Indian woman and Kramer was trying to buy a Cigar-Store Indian!!! The keyword for the episode was: "Indian-Giver"!

That's a cool thing to have... I remember years ago driving in Arizona, and coming across a place the guy made sculptures out of cottonwood trunks with chainsaws.. Cigar store Indians, bears, cowboys, totem poles, ect. It's funny, that one day I would like a bear...lol
