Bruce Hay - Scottish Rugby "Legend" 1950-2007

I hope you guys can forgive this little piece of personal writing, we lost my Uncle Bruce to cancer today.

I figure that as this is X marks the Scot there might be some interest in one of it's most respected sportsmen and a great Scot. We are all so proud of him. There are so many articles but here's one or two about him.

    The Herald

    Fox Sports Australia

The family is bearing up well, it's been a difficult few months.

I was too young to appreciate his 'fame', to me he'll always be my Uncle that played rugby when I was young. It's quite surreal to see so much media coverage about him.

"If there was a more popular man in the game, then I have yet to meet him." Frank Hadden, Scottish rugby union national team coach.

Mac....My condolences. I'm just about his age. Gettin old is a bitch. But...He's in a better place. There is surely a place in heaven for Rugby players.
