    Celebrate with me

Today at 3:15 PM Edinburgh time a new soul joined our family. Jameson Henry of the Cunninghams entered this world at 6lb 12 oz and 51 cm (however long that is!).

Mother and son are doing well. Grandfather is beaming at the thought of his first grandchild.

If he had to have an Irish whiskey first name, I'm glad they didn't pick Bushmills!!! I guess I can call him "Poteen"!! Supposed to have pictures tomorrow.

Welcome "Poteen" and congratulations. That is by the way a great nick-name. O'Neille
Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once. Of all the wonders I yet have heard, it seems to me most strange that men should fear; seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come. --William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar

Congratulations on the addition to your family, glad Mom and baby are doing well.

Congratulations! Why didn't they just name him Tullamore? 51cm = about half a meter = over 18 inches.
