Class 504-09 is almost finished with the police academy

Class 504-09 is almost finished with the police academy. We have to turn in our equipment Monday, take our class photo and do graduation rehearsal. Tuesday we will walk across the stage at 11:00.

The plaque we are giving to the instructors.

We started off week nine with traffic control and what was called the wall of lights.

I will return to work Wednesday and have the next two or three weekends off before I start my normal schedule.

Congrats for making it through the academy. My brother serves on the force in Hartford and I was amazed at the video of their training they showed at his academy graduation.
And thank you for the service you'll give!

Congratulations on a job well done. It sounds like some of those classes were trying and difficult from your postings. Glad to hear that you are finished with this stage and ready to begin work.

Good work Chris. You've made me nostalgic for my time in the academy. (But then I sit down with a drink until the feeling passes.)

Do you go to an FTO program now?
