    Dining With The Dead

What three famous people, either living or dead, would you most like to have dinner with? And why?

Burns, of course, would be number one on my list. The late George MacDonald Fraser would be second. The third is a bit more tricky; either Hamish Henderson, the noted Scottish folklorist, Vance Randolph, the Ozark folklorist, Viscount Slim of Burma or Barry Goldwater.

    Regards,

    Todd

    1. Freddie Mercury. One of the most talented musicians ever born, a "lover of life, singer of songs"
    2. Christopher McCandless. College student who, upon graduation, gave up everything he owned to embark on a life of simplicity.
    3. Bob Marley. Again, excellent musician, I think he'd be fantastic to sit down and talk with.
If you didn't care what happened to me, and I didn't care for you. We would zig zag our way through the boredom and pain. Occasionally glancing up through the rain, wondering which of the buggers to blame, and watching for pigs on the wing.

I once had lunch with a dead guy, thankfully he wasn't in a talkative mood. I was doing a Roman grave excavation, it was about a 100* in the field and his grave had the only shade I could find. Made for a real nice place to hang out.

Sorry. He said three people. No way Mel Blanc counts as just one person.
