    formation flying

    Give this one time to load. This is the most amazing formation flying I've seen. Three aircraft, one pilot.

    Ray is an absolutely gonzo kite-flying-god. He's the Hamish of the kite world. I've been going to the Washington State International Kite Festival since about year three (that's more than 20 years ago) and I think he's been there every year. I've seen him do endurance flights flying from sun-up to sun-down. I've seen him do things that defy understanding. I don't think he flys kites at all, he just wills them around the sky with his thoughts.
