    GOOD kilted/Scottish team nicknames?

In a rather ODD project, I am trying to think of a series of Scottish themed sports team names:

    Scots (Baseball)

    Dirks

Highlanders (was an actual New York baseball team)

Kilted Rabble (Rugby or Arena Football)

    Mainly, I need:

    Baseball
    American Football
    Hockey
    Basketball
    Euro-Football/Soccer
    Rugby
    Arena Football

Plus any other odd sports that may be found in a large city.

    Some Arena/Stadium/Park names:

    CaledonGlen (Baseball)
    Highland Coloseum (Basketball/Hockey/Arena football)
    Celt Stadium (Football/Soccer)

    Any other Ideas?

I'm curious to hear some really good ideas!!!!

The "Fighting Scots", for American football. "Fighting Irish" seems to have worked pretty well for a small American Universirt called Notre Dame.

The Fighting Scots are the men's sports teams at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. The women's teams are the Lady Scots.
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.

Ironcally/Interestingly, my father (a graphic designer) designed THAT VERY team's logo many, many moons ago!!!!

(He also designed the circle Atanta Hawks logo and the Atlanta Flames hockey logos-> which were BOTH owned by the same man when they began playing in the city)

Strange that you'd mention them SPECIFICALLY!!!
