I'm daft...completely 'round bend and its all my kilt's fault.

Arghhhhhh! For some time now my casual kilts have been telling me that they wanted new laundry machines. Now granted the ones we had were 25 years old and washed on only one cycle. Usually. But I'm good at ignoring things like that.

Finally I got tired of the complaining (the Utilikilts were especially vocal) so we went out and bought a new washer and dryer.

    AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

When did these things get so expensive? I hate spending money on some practical household appliance. Especially when we spent enough to get me TWO tanks from Geoffrey (Tailor) AND the Maritime Camo I want from 21st. Century Kilts.

Hmmmmm. Anyone want to buy 25 year old laundry machines? Or trade for a tank in my size from Geoffrey (Tailor) ??

Your washable kilts will thank you for the indulgence.

    Regards,
Rex, who now has to wash all the UKs he took with him on the weekend camping trip.

LOL. I had to replace mine after they got fried by lightning. They were covered by my insurance however and there was no "ouch" factor. I don't think that todays appliances will last anywhere near 25 years though.
Armageddon was yesterday. Today we have real problem.

Come to think of it, I probably won't either
