One step closer

I put on the "full court press" with the wife this weekend concerning my purchasing of a kilt. I have a goal to be kilted by the latter part of July!
I am quite excited, she was curious about our fair site and actively participated with me yesterday in looking at family tartans and ensembles etc.

My road to being kilted is getting smoother each day, she even wanted to know if she could wear something of our family tartan as well.

Very happy today Gents,

Todd

Getting the wife enthusiastic is a real help. My wife was ok with kilts right from the start but, knowing me as well as she does, warned me I better not be mooning politicians and smartasses. Women just have no sense of humor about that stuff.

took me 3 or 4 years to talk my wife into the first kilt, 2 or 3 minutes for the second Maybe you should order the kilt for you and a sash or shawl for her at the same time.

Livingston,
That was a thought I had, luckily for me she shares a lot of the same interests and passions as I. BTW, my in-laws live in the Springs.

Next time you're out visiting, we ought to get a kilt night going. I'm sure G-Man would come down from Denver and maybe one of the others depending on the day.

That sounds like a great idea, we will be out this year for Christmas.

Let's see how it all plays out. It would be a good time I am sure.
