Ordered new kilt

I ordered a new kilt from Frugal Corner for my step daughter's wedding. I made sure I ordered it with enough time to get it to me before the date. I measured wrong and when it got here, I had to send it back for a larger size. When they sent it back to me, It still did not fit. I retaurned it for yet another size, I even enclosed the money to ship it back to me. Well, that was two weeks

ago. Repeated emails and calls to the company's numbers have gotten me nowhere. I really had hoped that the customer service comments by Frugal were true. Alas , I do not have the kilt that I wanted to wear to the wedding. Frugal Corner, If you are out there, please send me the kilt or at least contact me. I have until the Tuesday after Memorial Day to receive the package. After that, It is too late. as it is a Masonic tartan, I would have recommended to my lodge to buy kilts from Frugal. Ast this time, I would have a problem with that recommendation. Time will tell. I had hoped to give Frugal Corner a glowing feedback on this venue.

I understand the pressure you are under, but there is still time, it could get here and all turn out well. Try to keep a positive attitude. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Keep the e-mails going they may yet respond!

Not as of 08:00 this morning. Many messages left and anone returned. Very disturbing. I have not told the mother of the bride yet. Maybe I should give her the phone number.

I hope this isn't the time period they expected to be closed to move to PN. (Or was that an april fools joke where that was mentioned?) In theory, they have an actual store, you could find someone close to there and make them go down in person.

I believe Frugal Corner had a booth set up at the Gatlinburg games. If that's the case, they may have been out of contact during that time. I think they are located in PA, so yesterday may have been their first full day back in operation.

I have a suggestion, a little devious but...:

Try sending, from another e-mail and with alternative contact information, an inquiry regarding a bulk order for a new pipe band you are forming.

If you get a quick response, you know they are ignoring you - if not, they are truely predisposed.

Original order was correctly shipped right away. Size did not fit.

A replacement was shipped as requested in the size requested, it did not fit

The third size requested was not instock...... we ordered it

As far as communications. we were offline for over three weeks because we moved..(Was there anybody that did not know we were moving)

Comcast had to rewire us so did not get us installed as requested..so we had no email or phone service. When I finally got email up we had over 600 emails and 126 new orders to ship.. along with getting ready for grand opening and the Gatlinburg highland games...where we were ordered BEST VENDOR KILT

While I think We have been pretty fast to admit our mistakes.. this one was beyond out control
