Radio show
I'm applying to get a spot for a radio show. It is (of course) going to be celtic music, but I need a good title for it. I was thinking "Craic, Craythur, Ceol" which is Irish for "Good times, whiskey, music" but I think we can do better than that. Your assignment: think of a catchy title with a short (one-sentence) description. The music will be traditional, pub, and celtic punk from North America and Europe.
If I get this radio show, it will be broadcast over the web! So I need your help.

Perhaps use the title of a Burn's poem...
"Death and Doctor Hornbook" would give an interesting twist and Burn's fans would get it.
Sketch In Verse would be cool too

I dig it.

Well, it's no secret I enjoy playing with words, so I couldn't help combining a familiar broadcasting term with the Irish name for Ireland; may I suggest...

I like yours, and I like Kat's. My suggestion is somewhat lamer, IMO, but might still be a good one: How 'bout "Whiskey and Words?"

How about "The Wide World of Celts"?
Of course then I hear that music in the background and the ski jumper crashing into the hay bales....
Keep us informed as when and where and if this happens. It would be GREAT if you could get a slot on WPR of a Sunday evening!

Those are all pretty good. I really like "On the Eire" but keep in mind that it will be Celtic music. That is, music from all Celtic nations, not just Ireland. Keep feeding me names!!!

I'm no help in the naming stage, but if you get it on the web, I'll be listening.
