Still, I'm glad you had a good time at the reception, and you and your family looked good.

My apologies in advance for not making this clearer.
It was not supposed to be a pagan wedding. It just ended up that way.
The folks didn't know/recognize what was happening until it was over. Disappointing for all.
Like you said, Shay, at least we had fun at the reception, and we all looked good. Here are the pics. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/frjohn...74.jpg&.src=ph |

I should know better.
Family looked very good. The rentals did you proud, quite often there is "overkill" but not in your case. (note: I don't care what Doc Hudson says, don't give that older lady on the steps, in the family group picture, a gun. I'm scared already and I'm in another country.)

That's right. The right of self-defense applies only to the young, the vigorous, the healthy, the police and the military. Older people should be helpless victims, and unable to defend themselves.
BTW, don't try to enter my Mom's home uninvited. The ambulances in Crenshaw County are notoriously slow to arrive at shooting scenes.

John,
That is a mighty handsome family you have, even if one of the boys is carrying the white and tight haircut to an extreme. :-D

Hey Thanks Doc and all for the kind comments.
The boys are freaks, but they strike a handsome figure.
Incidentally, they are wearing the kilts today also.
Guess I better order some soon.
There goes lunch for the next 6 months.

It really is her day and I want her to have what she wants. I will do what fathers do - put their hand in the sporran!
However, nothing will prevent me from being kilted! | If your daughter is like mine, chances of telling her how to run anything are rather slim
