    For the vintage bicycle fanatics...

A few months ago I started up my own business, one aspect of which involves hauling unwanted "junk" from people's homes. I've scored a few goodies worth hanging on to so far, but today was the best so far!

A elderly lady called me to haul away some stuff from her shed. Among it was this vintage SCP ladies bicycle. She got it as a birthday gift from her parents back in the late 40's and has had it ever since. It's always been stored in a shed or garage, and it's original right down to the tires! I plan to clean it up and see if it's worth anything. If not, then it will become garden art.

You are probably looking at a bike worth a couple of hundred bucks in that condition. Check out the small ads in Hemmings Motor News.

That is a neat little find.
