    Celtic Woman

Did anyone else catch the PBS broadcast of the concert by "Celtic Woman" which aired the last two nights? All I can say about their voices is "WoW"

I saw it a few months ago and immediately bought the DVD and CD. I passed on the live show, though, because the ticket prices were rather steep.

The voices are incredible and the women are beautiful.

I saw this a few months ago, also. Beautiful voices, beautiful women. A good combination, if you ask me! ;)

I saw them a few months ago as well. As has been said, great singers (and musicians) and definitely easy on the eyes.

I just saw their CD at Target and I was wondering if it was worth getting. Based on your comments, I may have to give it a try.

I saw this PBS special and I have to say this is not my type of music. While the ladies are talented and beautiful, I found this act to be overly produced, like boy bands. I love traditional music and the rawness of it's organic energy and these ladies are a created product that is being marketed like lite beer. Just my 2 cents.
I'm not crazy, I'm just running.

don't know it, but I'll bet Moya Brennan was involved somehow. She is now called "the first lady of celtic music" sounds cheesy but I do say she's top of my list.

I feel the same way, and I can't help but wonder how many other more talented voices were passed over for pretty faces.
